It's not safe to walk your dog?

Two dogs got electrocuted while they were going out for a walk in seperate occasion in Toronto near Annette street. It was reported that when the owner tried to lift the head of the dog, he got a shocked in his left hand. This is absolutely frightening, i'm a dog lover like most of you visiting this website but can you imagine if a person got killed this way? this is simply unacceptable.
Toronto Hydro crews say they will fully examine the entire area for leaky voltage. But try telling that to Mark Mancuso, his dog got electrocuted on keele street in November. It's bizarre enough that one dog gets electrocuted, but can you imagine 2?I don't know what's going on in Toronto, but they got to get this stuff fixed quick before another puppy bits the dust.
